We are seeking a motivated and driven Lettings Negotiator to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating property lettings, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth transaction process for landlords & tenants. This role requires strong communication skills, organisational abilities, and a passion for the property market.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences. 
  • Arrange and conduct viewings of properties, showcasing their features and benefits. 
  • Negotiate offers and handling applications between buyers landlords and tenants to achieve satisfactory outcomes. 
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and transactions. 
  • Handling the lettings progression, including tenant referencing, preparing contracts, agreements, handling move in monies and other necessary documentation. 
  • Stay updated on market trends and local property regulations to provide informed advice to clients. 
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and achieve sales targets. 
  • Utilise multilingual skills to assist a diverse clientele effectively.
  • Work alongside the Property Management department. 

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lettings within the property sector.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service. 
  • Multilingual abilities are advantageous in catering to a wider client base. 
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks, including document preparation and record keeping. 
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn about the property market and develop professionally.
  • ARLA is not essential but desirable.

 

Monday - Friday (Alternative Weekends)

9:00am-5:30pm Weekdays

Driving License is a MUST, with access to own vehicle.
