We are seeking a dedicated and professional Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate must have a background in strong administrative skills, excellent phone etiquette, and a keen ability to build good working relationships with Landlords, Tenants, Contractors and third parties.

This role requires a proactive approach, ensuring that all aspects of the properties are well-maintained and that kept compliant. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of property operations, including tenant & landlord relations, maintenance requests, and tenancy agreements. 
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance protocols. 
  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and office management duties. 
  • Use software & CRM systems for managing properties, accounts, processing payments, and tracking property performance. 
  • Respond to landlord & tenant enquiries via phone and email with professionalism and courtesy. 
  • Implement upselling strategies for additional services or amenities to enhance tenant experience and increase revenue. 
  • Coordinate maintenance, compliance and external contractors for repairs and upkeep of properties. 
  • Prepare reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and tenant feedback for management review.
  • Work with and alongside the Lettings Team and Sales Team when required.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred. 
  • Strong administrative skills with proficiency in data entry and office software applications. 
  • Familiar with CRM systems, property management and lettings software is an advantage. 
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact effectively with tenants and vendors. 
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise responsibilities, and work independently while maintaining attention to detail. 
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer service excellence is essential.
  • ARLA is not essential but desirable. 

 

Monday - Friday (No Weekends)

9:00am-5:30pm

Driving License is a MUST, with access to own vehicle.
